Book your watch in today at your H&T store
All watches are fully tracked and insured throughout the Care & Repair process and our in-store teams are on standby to help with any repair related enquiries.
How does it work?
The best part is that the process is really simple…
If you have a watch that needs repair or servicing, simply take it to your local H&T store. You’ll be asked a few questions about any issues you’re having with the watch and what you’re looking to get done.
This could be a battery replacement, a full service, a strap replacement or some refurbishment.
The in-store colleague will provide a guide price and perform an initial inspection of the watch. The guide price is subject to change once a full inspection is completed at Swiss Time. If you’re happy with the initial guide price provided in store, the store colleague will take a few details and send the watch directly to Swiss Time.
You won’t need to make a payment in store, and you’ll be sent emails at each stage. You’ll even receive one before you leave the store.
We then package the watch and off to Swiss Time it goes!

Swiss Time Services is made up of two divisions, Swiss Time Services and Swisstec.Swiss Time Services began in 1993 and looks after Omega watches. It also has level 3 accreditation to service the Swatch Group brands: Longines, Rado and Tissot.
Swisstec began in 2006 to cater for all other Swiss watch brands. It is the official UK Service Centre for Ball Watches, Carl F Bucherer, CWC, Eberhard, Favre-Leuba, Fortis, Girard-Perregaux, JeanRichard, Maurice Lacroix, Porsche Design and Ulysse Nardin. Swisstec is also an officially accredited service centre for Cartier and Baume Mercier.

Swiss Time have a depth of knowledge rarely found outside the watch houses. Utilising their expertise, they take care and pride in being able to cater for the individual needs of their customers and being about to carry out everything from supplying & fitting a new leather strap to complete service or bespoke vintage restoration.
State of the art servicing facilities
Swiss Time occupy a secure purpose-built space of over 650 square meters, with over 30 skilled members of staff, including watchmakers, trainees, polishers, diagnostic and QC specialists, our spare parts team & customer service advisors. Together, they handle 15,000+ repairs a year.
