Well they honoured exactly what they said. I sold a watch today and had an email quote. I took it to the Hanley branch and within an hour I had the exact offer they said. The very nice lady who dealt with me called as she said she would and had my money ready when I went back in after work.

This company goes above and beyond for their customers. They offer a great online chat that really makes a difference. Their prices and range of goods is outstanding, their jewelry is beautiful (despite the prices). Customer services are very helpful. I would recommend this company tenfold
