Swiss Time Services is made up of two divisions, Swiss Time Services and Swisstec.

Swiss Time Services began in 1993 and looks after Omega watches. It also has level 3 accreditation to service the Swatch Group brands: Longines, Rado and Tissot.

Swiss Time occupy a secure purpose-built space of over 650 square meters, with over 30 skilled members of staff, including watchmakers, trainees, polishers, diagnostic and QC specialists, our spare parts team, and customer service advisors. Together, they handle over 15,000 repairs per year.

Swiss Time have a depth of knowledge rarely found outside the watch houses. Utilising their expertise, they take care and pride in being able to cater for the individual needs of their customers and being about to carry out everything from supplying and fitting a new leather strap to complete service or bespoke vintage restoration.
