We have an ever-changing and extensive retail department, selling preowned and fully serviced fine jewellery and high-end watches in-store, as well as a money services department. Our professional and approachable team can help you with a range of financial solutions, such as pawnbroking, cheque cashing and foreign currency. We also buy valuables outright for cash, once we have inspected the item(s) and our offer has been accepted.
All of our services are fully regulated, and we have strict policies in place which are designed to protect our customers, and to ensure that our services are affordable for all who access them. We offer all services on a walk-in basis, and those wishing to browse our retail offering are naturally welcome at any time during opening hours. For your convenience, the Nottingham branch is open 6 days a week, from 9am to 5.30pm on Monday to Saturday.
The store prides itself on very high customer service and is well known in the local community. We pride ourselves on being warm and family-friendly, and you are more than welcome to bring children into the branch. We have a multi lingual team, which includes Polish and Romanian speakers should you require assistance in these languages.
