Catherine is a highly experienced CEO and retailer, having had a broad experience across a variety of commercial environments, much of which has been with 'blue chip' businesses, including BP and Lakeland Ltd.

Following her role as CEO of Lakeland Ltd, she became Deputy Chair of the Company.

Catherine chairs the Customer Committee
